- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I used to walk 4-5 miles a day and climb over 100 stairs as part of my exercise routine. Then slowly the 4 miles became 2 miles and climbing stairs became a dream. The Doctors called it bad arthritis and a knee operation. Then someone suggested I speak with Dr. Sharma. He injected both my knees with some lubricant, no operation and asked me to see the results in a few days. It has been a week since and I went for my long walk today and raced through the 104 steps.
